Subprocessors & Service Providers

To provide QUORUM60 we rely on the following categories of service providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate terms. The categories below describe how your information is handled.
AI advisory providers
Independent AI providers power the Council advisors and evidence verification. Relevant decision content is transmitted to them only to perform the Council you requested. The provider families currently used include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and xAI (Grok), where enabled for the relevant Council or provider configuration.
Payments
Stripe processes payments for Council purchases. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored on our systems.
Transactional email
Resend delivers transactional emails such as email verification and password-reset links. Only the recipient address and message content necessary to send the email are processed.
Infrastructure & storage
Emergent — frontend hosting and application delivery for QUORUM60.
Render — hosting for the QUORUM60 production backend.
MongoDB Atlas — the production database (currently a Flex deployment on AWS in the Paris region, eu-west-3, with backups enabled).
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — storage for customer-uploaded and private documents using S3 in the London region (eu-west-2), with server-side encryption via AWS KMS.
Analytics (optional, consent-based)
Where you consent, a product-analytics and session-replay tool (PostHog, provided via our platform partner Emergent) processes usage data to help us improve the product. Captured text and form inputs are masked and no identified analytics profiles are created. Analytics run only after you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not make specific claims here about individual providers' data-retention, model-training or data-location terms; where such details matter to you, they are governed by each provider's own current terms. We are completing supplier due-diligence and will update this page as those terms are confirmed.
