Eligibility — 18 or over

QUORUM60 is intended only for users aged 18 or over. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, purchase or use a Council.

We ask you to confirm at registration that you are 18 or over. We do not verify age using identity documents; this confirmation is a self-declaration.

The service

QUORUM60 is a decision-intelligence platform. It convenes multiple independent AI advisors to analyse a decision you define and produces a synthesised verdict and Decision Report.

QUORUM60 output is advisory. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice, and it does not create any professional relationship.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use it to process content you are not authorised to process.

Council purchases

Councils are purchased individually as one-time payments in US dollars (USD). A Council purchase is a prepaid means of accessing the service and has no cash value.

The price of each Council is shown before you run a Council and is applied on a server-authoritative basis.

Acceptable use

Your use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service and these Terms; material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QUORUM60 is provided “as is” for decision-support purposes. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
